Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona, typically around 3:00 PM PDT on weekdays only (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM PDT, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you do not receive a tracking email.
Shipping Areas
We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to most countries, with some exceptions based on local laws and carrier restrictions.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. Purely Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
No P.O. Boxes. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address at checkout.
Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages
Purely Peptides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
