You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website or purchase any products. By accessing this site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Purely Peptides reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age or qualifications.

Purely Peptides takes reasonable measures to ensure product quality and purity. However, all products are sold "as is" for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or results of use in any research application.

5. Payment & Order Processing

All orders are manually processed and fulfilled. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Cash App, and cryptocurrency. Payment must be received and confirmed before orders are shipped. Purely Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on shipping rates, timelines, and restrictions. Purely Peptides ships from Arizona on weekdays only. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. Orders to P.O. boxes are not accepted.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Purely Peptides, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any product or this website.
