Purely Peptides LLC is a small operation and orders are handled by a person, not a queue. Email reaches us fastest, and anything about a specific order or lot is answered quickest if you include the order number or the lot number from the vial label.

Messaging
Please do not send payment details, card numbers or any other financial information over messaging apps. We will never ask for them there.
Order questions
To check where an order is without emailing, use Order Status with your order number and the email address on the order.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement. Orders lost in transit or arriving damaged are reshipped free of charge. See the Terms of Service for the full policy.
Documentation requests
Every tested lot has its certificate of analysis published at purelypeptides.org/coa, and the code printed on each vial resolves to that specific lot's certificate. Each certificate also carries an independent verification code you can check against the testing laboratory's own records.
If you need documentation for a lot that is not published yet, email the lot number and we will tell you where that material stands.

Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona. We ship within the United States only, including the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders placed before 2 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day; Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so that cut-off is the same year-round. What we cannot help with
Every product we supply is sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only, and is not for human or animal use. We cannot advise on dosing, administration, protocols or expected effects in people, and we cannot answer medical questions. Those enquiries are better directed to a qualified healthcare professional.
