Shipping Information

Review available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and tracking details before placing your order. Purely Peptides ships within the United States and to the international countries listed below after review. Australia and New Zealand also require import documents.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so this cut-off is the same year-round.

For Express / Overnight orders on Saturday, the same-day cut-off is 12 PM MST. Overnight orders placed after 12 PM MST on Saturday ship out the following Monday.

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product name, or content description on domestic packaging. International packages carry the required accurate customs declarations.

International Shipping

We ship outside the United States only to the countries listed below. International orders are reviewed and quoted before payment.

Countries we ship to: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, China, Hong Kong, and European Union member states except Ireland (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).

We do not ship to any other country. This list can change without notice.

How international orders work:

At checkout you give your shipping details. Orders to Australia and New Zealand must also include the import permit, licence or authorisation required there, and the name of the receiving institution or company.
No payment is taken at checkout. Your order is held for review.
We review your order and prepare a shipping quote. We may ask for more information.
If your order is approved, we email the final total and a payment link. You can pay by cryptocurrency or PayPal. The quote is valid for 7 days.
If we cannot accept your order, it is cancelled and nothing is charged.

Your responsibilities as the importer:

You are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with all laws of your country on the import, possession and use of these products, including customs, medicines, controlled-substance and anti-doping rules.
"Research use only" labelling may not exempt a product from regulation in your country.
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage and other import fees.
Accepting your documents is not legal advice and is not a guarantee that your shipment will clear customs.
Not requiring documents for a country does not mean the import is lawful there. Checking that is your responsibility.

Customs declarations: every package is declared accurately, with a true description and value. We will not alter descriptions, undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts.

We may refuse or cancel any international order at our discretion before payment.

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These destinations are serviced by USPS as domestic mail and do not require customs processing. International orders are reviewed before payment as described above; only Australia and New Zealand require import documents.

We can ship to PO Box addresses only when USPS is selected as the shipping method. Other carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address if you choose a non-USPS option.

If a domestic package is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused shipment — we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional postage. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

A tracking number is provided by email once the order ships.
