Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM MST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off ship the next business day. Arizona does not observe daylight saving, so this cut-off is the same year-round.
For Express / Overnight orders on Saturday, the same-day cut-off is 12 PM MST. Overnight orders placed after 12 PM MST on Saturday ship out the following Monday.
Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, product name, or content description anywhere on the exterior.

Free Priority shipping is available on orders with a subtotal of $100 or more, calculated before any discounts.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. These destinations are serviced by USPS as domestic mail and do not require customs processing. We do not offer international shipping.
We can ship to PO Box addresses only when USPS is selected as the shipping method. Other carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address if you choose a non-USPS option.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — for example due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused shipment — we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may require additional postage. Please double-check your address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
