How we publish reviews

Reviews come only from verified buyers of paid orders. Every review is read before it is published. We publish reviews whatever the star rating, including negative ones.

We do not publish reviews that describe using or dosing a product or its effects; make health claims; are abusive; contain personal information; are spam or off-topic; or are not about the order or this store.

We never edit a reviewer's words.

Buyers receive loyalty points for a published review, whatever the rating.
