Earn points when your payment confirms. Use them on products when you order again.
Earn 1 point per $1
Earned on what you pay for products after all discounts, including points used. Shipping does not earn points. We round down to whole points.
100 points = $5 off
Each point is worth 5¢. Redeem in whole blocks of 100. Points cover products only, up to the product subtotal. They cannot cover shipping.
Example: an order with $200 of products after discounts earns 200 points, worth $10 off a later order.
Verify your email to use points
No account is needed. At checkout or on the order-status page, request a six-digit code sent to your order email. The code lasts 10 minutes and allows up to five attempts. Verification lasts 15 minutes. Only a verified email can view its balance or spend its points.
Discounts and pending orders
Points apply last, after the existing sale or research-set discount and any eligible coupon. The quote confirms your savings before you order. Points used are held while payment is pending. They return if the order is cancelled or expires; an unpaid order using points is cancelled and its hold returned after 72 hours.
A refund or cancellation returns the points used and reverses the points earned by that order. If earned points have already been used, the available balance stops at zero and the remaining reversal is recorded.
Expiry and newsletter bonus
Points expire 12 months after your most recent earning event. Your verified balance shows the expiry date. Spending or returning held points does not extend it.
Earn a one-time 50-point bonus at your email's first paid order if you opt in to marketing on that order or are already on our newsletter list. If we cannot confirm newsletter membership, we skip the bonus without delaying your order.
Share a referral
After a paid order, verify your email to get your referral link. A new customer who has no prior paid order can use your code for 10% off products on their first order. Choose a referral code or a coupon; points can apply afterward.
You earn 300 points once the referred order has been paid for 14 days and has not been refunded or cancelled. A later refund or cancellation reverses the referral reward. You can't refer yourself: if the new order uses your email, shipping address or phone number, no discount or reward applies.
Program terms
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. All products remain for research and laboratory use only. Not for human consumption. The loyalty program does not change our research-use-only terms or product restrictions.
