The publication, identifier-verification, correction, date, and editorial boundaries used by Purely Peptides Research.
What the library contains
The library contains compound identity records, verified molecular properties, class and mechanism relationships, scientific glossary definitions, bibliographic source records, and attributed study findings. Content Policy v1 separates material approved for publication from material held back under the policy and material excluded permanently.
Published findings: GREEN
The GREEN tier includes source-attributed findings from cell and animal studies, molecular interactions and measurements, model-specific safety observations, and animal pharmacokinetic observations without study amounts. Each finding names the model, identifies its cited reference, and reports the study in the past tense.
Positive, null, negative and contradictory findings receive the same editorial weight. Measurements, numerical precision and stated limitations follow the source; observations are not extrapolated to other settings. Study-method language belongs within an attributed finding, not in a general claim about a compound or catalog item.
Every finding includes short verbatim source locators, checked against the live PubMed abstract. A finding based on an open-access full text is permitted only when that text can be fetched and its locators verified. A citation alone does not establish a finding.
Held findings: AMBER
The AMBER tier is held back under the policy: results in people; study amounts and delivery details; named human conditions, except within an attributed cell or animal finding; approved-product details; and clinical-development status. These records are excluded from public pages, open data and machine-readable Library files.
Publication of an AMBER category requires a written owner decision and a policy revision, category by category. Held records are not evidence of permission to publish.
Permanent exclusions: RED
This boundary concerns personal-use guidance and purchase recommendations.
The library does not publish dosage, administration, reconstitution, treatment recommendations, consumer outcome rankings, evidence scores, or compound-specific purchase calls to action. It provides research and reference information, not medical guidance.
Attributed GREEN findings may report the model observations and study methods permitted by the policy above.
The RED tier is excluded permanently. The Library provides no personal-use guidance, preparation instructions, consumer recommendations, testimonials, audience targeting or comparative rankings. Unsupported statements and previously corrected claims are never restored. Findings remain reports about their cited studies, not claims about catalog products.
Library and catalog separation
Library content carries no prices, discount codes or purchasing controls. A compound record may include one plain Catalog listing link. The research-use notice appears inside every Library page. Content Policy v1 applies to the Library; it does not expand the permitted content on catalog pages.
Bibliographic sources and identity checks
Published references are anchored to durable identifiers. Titles, journals, authors and publication types are retained as PubMed records them and are not filtered for wording. Exact metadata checks remain separate from the rules for Library-authored prose and findings.
DOI values must match the same PubMed record. The title, identifier set, journal, authors and publication date are checked through deterministic verification receipts. A source label identifies the controlling authority; a reference is not published when its metadata and identifiers cannot be reconciled.
Aliases and molecular identifiers
Aliases, development codes, registry identifiers, formulas, masses, and sequences are entered only when tied to an authoritative molecular or bibliographic record. An absent value remains absent; it is not inferred from catalog wording or a related molecule.
Corrections, retractions, and publication status
Corrected, expression-of-concern, and retracted sources are retained with explicit bibliographic status instead of being silently removed. A discovered identifier conflict blocks publication until resolved. Scientific and technical changes require human editorial approval before publication.
Dates and revision history
The published date records first public publication. The updated date changes only when visible page content materially changes. The last-verified date records the most recent literature or identifier check and does not, by itself, claim that page content changed.
AI usage boundary
Automation may assist with normalization, comparison, and deterministic verification. It does not create source authority, fabricate identifiers, independently approve publication, or replace human editorial judgment. The public Phase 1 library does not include an AI research assistant.
Verification transparency
Each source record exposes its title, authors, journal, publication date, status, PMID and DOI when present, and a link to the controlling source. The build validates local receipts before rendering the library.
