The publication, identifier-verification, correction, date, and editorial boundaries used by Purely Peptides Research.
What the library contains
The library contains neutral compound identity records, molecular properties when verified, controlled class and mechanism relationships, scientific glossary definitions, and bibliographic source records. Its core content is maintained as version-controlled TypeScript data and rendered into static pages.
Intentional boundaries
The library does not publish dosage, administration, reconstitution, treatment recommendations, consumer outcome rankings, evidence scores, or compound-specific purchase calls to action. It provides research and reference information, not medical guidance.
Bibliographic sources and identity checks
Published references are anchored to durable identifiers. PubMed metadata is used for the Phase 1A seed bibliography; DOI values are matched to the same record rather than accepted as unrelated links. The title, identifier set, journal, authors, and publication date are normalized into deterministic local verification receipts.
Crossref or publisher metadata may be used in later records when appropriate, but a source label identifies the verification authority. A citation is not published when its title and identifiers cannot be reconciled. Fabricated citations and guessed identifiers are prohibited.
Aliases and molecular identifiers
Aliases, development codes, registry identifiers, formulas, masses, and sequences are entered only when tied to an authoritative molecular or bibliographic record. An absent value remains absent; it is not inferred from catalog wording or a related molecule.
Corrections, retractions, and publication status
Corrected, expression-of-concern, and retracted sources are retained with explicit bibliographic status instead of being silently removed. A discovered identifier conflict blocks publication until resolved. Scientific and technical changes require human editorial approval before publication.
Dates and revision history
The published date records first public publication. The updated date changes only when visible page content materially changes. The last-verified date records the most recent literature or identifier check and does not, by itself, claim that page content changed.
AI usage boundary
Automation may assist with normalization, comparison, and deterministic verification. It does not create source authority, fabricate identifiers, independently approve publication, or replace human editorial judgment. The public Phase 1 library does not include an AI research assistant.
Verification transparency
Each source record exposes its title, authors, journal, publication date, status, PMID and DOI when present, and a link to the controlling source. The build validates local receipts before rendering the library.
