Enter vial mass and diluent volume to calculate stock-solution concentration in mg/mL.
P21 reconstitution arithmetic uses the 10 mg vial mass as the numerator in the concentration calculation.

Concentration (mg/mL) = peptide mass (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL). For in-vitro laboratory research use only.
For P21, a 10 mg vial in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. Keeping the mass at 10 mg and entering 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL.
Default values are arithmetic examples, not preparation recommendations. For in-vitro lab work.
