Research Tool
Enter vial mass and diluent volume to calculate stock-solution concentration in mg/mL.
DSIP reconstitution arithmetic uses a 10 mg vial and reports concentration for the entered diluent volume.

Concentration (mg/mL) = peptide mass (mg) ÷ diluent volume (mL). For in-vitro laboratory research use only.
The DSIP example divides 10 mg by 2 mL to give 5 mg/mL. A volume of 1 mL with that mass gives 10 mg/mL.
Default values are arithmetic examples, not preparation recommendations. For in-vitro lab work.
