Lyophilized Peptide

CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin 5mg / 5mg

A single lyophilized vial containing CJC-1295 without DAC (modified GRF(1-29), 5mg) and ipamorelin (5mg), 10mg total. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a 29-residue GHRH analog with four amino acid substitutions; ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). The two act at different pituitary receptors. The cited papers concern the individual components, not this combination; they do not establish an effect of the blend. Supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal use.

Mechanism of Action

The cited evidence concerns individual components. Raun et al. (1998) reported that ipamorelin released GH from primary rat pituitary cells and, in swine, did not raise ACTH or cortisol above the levels seen after GHRH, even at doses far above its ED50 for GH release. CJC-1295 (No DAC) binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs; the cited Ionescu and Frohman study examined long-acting, albumin-binding CJC-1295 (with DAC) and does not establish the No-DAC analog's half-life or GH pulse pattern. No cited study tested the combined formulation.
