CJC-1295 (With DAC) 2mg
CJC-1295 with Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) is a tetrasubstituted analog of human growth hormone-releasing factor residues 1-29 (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) extended by a C-terminal lysine that carries a 3-maleimidopropionamide group, the drug affinity complex. Jetté et al. (2005) identified CJC-1295 among hGRF(1-29)-albumin bioconjugates designed to bind serum albumin. This listing contains 2mg of lyophilized material. Supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal use.

Mechanism of Action
CJC-1295 acts at the GHRH (GRF) receptor on anterior pituitary somatotrophs. Jetté et al. (2005) reported that albumin-conjugated hGRF(1-29) derivatives, including CJC-1295, showed increased stability against dipeptidyl peptidase-IV and stimulated GH secretion in cultured rat anterior pituitary cells, and detected CJC-1295 immunoreactivity at the serum-albumin band in rat plasma beyond 24 h.
