Mechanism of Action
Seredenin et al. (1998) identified the tested tuftsin analog by the sequence Thr-Lys-Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro and reported strain-dependent behavioral responses in inbred mice. Those behavioral observations do not establish a cellular mechanism or demonstrate GABA-A receptor, enkephalinase or immune effects.
