Lyophilized Peptide

Retatrutide + Cagrilintide 5mg / 5mg

A single lyophilized vial containing retatrutide 5mg + cagrilintide 5mg (1:1), 10mg total. Retatrutide (LY3437943) is an agonist at GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors; cagrilintide (AM833) is a lipidated amylin analogue studied at amylin and calcitonin receptors. The cited papers concern the individual components, not this combination; they do not establish an effect of the blend. Supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal use.

Mechanism of Action

The cited evidence concerns individual components. Li et al. (2024) examined retatrutide-bound GLP-1R, GIPR and GCGR structures and receptor-mutagenesis cAMP assays. Kruse et al. (2021) describe the development of the lipidated amylin analogue cagrilintide. Fletcher et al. (2021) compared AM833 with calcitonin-family receptor agonists using receptor binding, activation and regulation assays. No cited study tested the combined 5mg + 5mg (1:1) formulation.
