Mechanism of Action
Tesamorelin binds the GHRH receptor (GHRH-R) on pituitary somatotrophs, activating Gs-coupled cAMP/PKA signaling that stimulates GH gene transcription, GH synthesis, and GH secretory granule exocytosis.
